Return Policy

You may return your purchase within 30 days for refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No tears in the pattern, no used band aids stuck to the back (yeah it happened), no tape on the product itself, etc.  For light switch plates and outlet covers if you no longer have the original packaging that's fine, just leave the screws out of the return and package the cover(s) as carefully as possible to ensure a safe return trip back to me :)

Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility and original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
At that time your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  If you purchased the wrong type of cover and wish to exchange send me an email at valerie@simplychicgal.com and send your item(s) to: Valerie Pate 105 Caleb Ct. Anderson SC 29625 USA. I will not ship the items to be exchanged until the original item(s) are returned to me.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Valerie Pate 105 Caleb Ct. Anderson SC 29625 USA (please contact me first so I know it's on it's way and if you want a refund or exchange)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
